Believe it or not, that is from a video where she shows a clip from ten years ago, comparing to her current body (thinner but not showing her back, unfortunately) and people are saying she looked better back then because she's even thinner now.
Personally, I can see how some people would find her too thin now but she's gorgeous either way. Seriously, look at these:

She really likes showing off her shoulder blades too:
She looks really skinny and has gotten a lot of comments about her bones, so she's been leaning into the athletic side and posting a lot of stretching pics. Ironically, her spine still juts out and is visible under shirts, jackets, and even sweaters.
Either way, I think she's pretty hot even though I'm not always into the super thin look.

skinny girls with this body type aren't as fragile as they look, in my experience (one literally got mad at me for being afraid to break her lol)... but at the same time, girls this thin can bruise their spines so much just from sitting against practically anything so i wouldn't put my weight on her spine like that either, lol

I know Mirei isn't everyone's type, even her biggest fans often comment that she looks way too skinny but I know a few of you will be into her and she has a hot spine either way
If I was the trainer, I'd seriously be scared of breaking her skinny little body here:

Her spine is nice but her arms and other boney parts are a bit much to me in some of the pics, to be honest.
