Anna has such a prominent and extremely-lean lower spine type. Girls I've known with this kind usually don't show it off a lot so I'm glad she likes to show it quite a bit.

Starting with some more where it shows but looked smoother:



Then after she got even leaner:



A few more (and some slightly higher quality versions) from that Jurassic World premiere where she got comments about looking too skinny and having "dinosaur spine"... personally, I can see how her spine looked almost too bony in some angles and lighting here but she actually looks more lean-muscular here than in some of the other pics. That probably added to how extremely lean her spine got, and a lot of normal people just think bony spine = too thin...
