There's a couple of scenes in Wild where her spine shows even though she's not bending over much or at all.

In Little Fires Everywhere, there's a sex scene where you can see her back but she arches her back so much (to the point where it actually looks unnaturally ached) just so you can't see her spine. It's almost like they told her to bend backward that much just so her spine wouldn't show in that scene because every other time she's shown her back, you could see hers so clearly. Gotta see if I can find any more good ones...
